Because our products are digitally based, there are no refunds or returns of any guides, templates, or web services. If you believe you are qualified for a return please contact us by emailing info@scarluxe.com

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT
By purchasing our products you are legally bound to the following terms:

Our designs are copyrighted Scarluxe LLC and have a credit at the bottom of the template which is required to remain for all designs “Designed by Scarluxe LLC” 

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Scarluxe LLC owns the property rights to all designs within your template. You are prohibited from sharing the template with additional users. Designers are prohibited from purchasing our templates and claiming them as their own work and promoting them as their original design work. If another designer customizes one of our templates for you, please follow the terms outlined by WIX as far a designer copyright - site credit should be given as "Designed by Scarluxe" with a link to our website and you may add "Customized by ___" next to it.

FONTS & IMAGES SHOWN IN DEMOS
Stock images and script fonts are not included with your purchase unless noted otherwise. Please be sure to replace all demo photos, if you would like to know where you can purchase a particular image, feel free to reach out to me for the source! Other non-script fonts are WIX or google fonts and are free for your use.

SALES & PROMOTIONS
Sales and promotions are not retroactive. Exceptions may be considered if purchased within a 3 day window of the sale or promotion.
